Using Access Statuses

ZixOne Administrators assign users and devices one of multiple access statuses, with the default status dependent upon whether an organization has chosen to use Exclusive or Unlimited Access. ZixOne Administrators can change the assigned access statuses at any time within the Administration Console on the People screen. The access statuses include:

Allowed: Users can safely and securely access organization email, calendar and contact information on their registered devices.
Suspended: Users cannot access organization email or calendar information on a suspended device or using a suspended account.
Active: User has performed an authenticated action with ZixOne within the past five minutes.
Reset: User has had an administrator reset a device PIN and has not yet established and confirmed a new PIN on their device.
Added: User has been added by an administrator as an approved ZixOne user. This state is only applicable for organizations using Exclusive Access.
